Full time Science Teachers (primary level) are needed for a well-established at Oyibi
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Science Education.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in teaching Science at the primary level.
Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum
Excellent subject matter knowledge, highly skilled in handling Scientific equipment/apparatus.
Proficiency in modern educational technology and teaching pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning.
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
Assess and record student progress and provide grades and feedback.
Develop and construct standard test for learners’ assessment
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs, and student organizations.
Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, supervisors regarding student progress and student needs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to ignite learners’ interest in Science as a subject.
Able to motivate learners to study and perform high in achievement test relative to the subject.
Able to lead learners to develop and build science practical project for exhibition.
Able to develop strategic plan which prepare learners to excel in the BECE.
Highly creative in using local materials to advance practical scientific knowledge in lessons.
Able to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
